Zusammenfassung

The Housing Network is seeking a senior leader to drive operational performance across regional and national levels within the Housing & Support function. This role focuses on safeguarding, budgets, and building strong relationships with commissioners and partners.

You will mobilise new exempt accommodation services, lead remote teams, and guide trauma-informed, MEAM-aligned service delivery to improve outcomes for residents. Extensive UK travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading in the supported housing sector, preferably with homelessness focus.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and safeguarding practices.
• Experience delivering performance reporting and managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operational effectiveness and continuous improvement of Housing & Support.
• Mobilise and scale the new Supported Exempt Accommodation services.
• Develop local employer and charitable partnerships for resident activities.
• Maintain safeguarding framework and compliant processes.
• Lead remote teams across a defined region; embed THN values.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure performance against objectives.
• Engage with commissioners and MEAM-aligned trauma-informed approaches.
