Job summary

Teign Housing is seeking a Senior Community Enforcement Advisor to support CHOs and CHAs, applying the ASB policy and tenancy rules to safeguard residents and communities. You will review cases and lead on complex matters with partner agencies to achieve fair outcomes.

You will prepare court-ready cases, ensure evidence quality, and maintain clear communication with residents while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy management and ASB handling.
• Two years’ experience in housing management and/or ASB.
• Sound understanding of welfare benefits and neighbourhood management.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice to CHOs/CHAs on ASB and tenancy breaches.
• Review cases for appropriate, proportionate action.
• Lead complex cases and liaise with partner agencies.
• Oversee enforcement of tenancy terms and escalate when needed.
• Prepare cases for court with robust evidence and documentation.
• Communicate processes and timescales clearly to residents.
