CBRE Group, Inc. is recruiting an Operations Manager for the Heathrow area to lead a facilities management contract. You will oversee all operational activity, drive performance, and ensure contract compliance, reporting, and vendor management across a large team in a multinational setting.

The role requires strong procurement experience, strategic planning, and the ability to work at pace under pressure, with a focus on service delivery improvements and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• Procurement experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large teams.
• Experience in H&S and Energy Management is advantageous.
• Experience delivering large-scale change programmes is advantageous.
• Strong organisational development, personnel management, budgeting and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent people skills with ability to lead a dynamic leadership team.
• Experience working in international corporate businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary strategic and operational support point for the Account Director.
• Oversee all operational activity across the contract.
• Oversee and fulfil all client reporting activities.
• Manage the team to a transparent set of shared objectives.
• Drive superior account performance to support client business objectives and contractual targets.
• Ensure contract compliance on operational, risk, and compliance matters.
• Lead by example in vendor relationships and ensure professional collaboration.
• Oversee all vendor relationships and platform efficiencies.
