Job summary

CBRE Local UK in Heathrow is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the account's day-to-day operations, drive service delivery improvements, and ensure client focus across all areas. You will manage a sizeable team, coordinate procurement, and partner with vendors to deliver best-in-class facilities management.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in corporate real estate or facilities management, and a track record of managing large teams and driving change programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in facilities or CRE.
• Procurement experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of H&S and energy management an advantage.
• Track record delivering large-scale change programmes.
• Excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary strategic and operational support point for the Account Director.
• Oversee all operational activity across the contract.
• Oversee and fulfil all client reporting activities and scorecards.
• Lead and support vendor management and procurement functions.
• Drive service delivery improvements and platform efficiencies.
