Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking a Sourcing Manager to shape and implement the National Lottery procurement strategy over the next decade. You will build collaborative relationships with internal partners across Facilities Management, Retail Operations, and Product, and lead end-to-end procurement from supplier research through onboarding.

The role requires strategic relationship management with suppliers, cross-functional engagement at all levels of management, and a focus on sustainable sourcing aligned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selecting, onboarding, and managing suppliers.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing supplier agreements within FM, People Operations, Retail categories.
• Excellent relationship management with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage regular stakeholder contact to build a pipeline of requirements and savings.
• Capture detailed business objectives and source third parties to meet those requirements.
• Run the RFP process and coordinate supplier pitches with internal stakeholders.
• Provide data to governance and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
• Work cross-functionally to align requirements and supplier selections.
• Award and appoint new suppliers and draft commercial terms with Legal.
• Deliver savings and build a pipeline of future opportunities.
• Develop and share the category strategy roadmap with stakeholders.
