TSG Powertek is seeking an ambitious Multi-Utility Business Development Manager to drive growth of our multi-utility and EV offering across Scotland. This hybrid role welcomes candidates in Paisley, Stirling or Dundee areas, with flexibility to visit client sites and offices as needed.

You will identify, develop and secure new opportunities across electricity, gas and water infrastructure, building strong relationships with developers, housebuilders and CPOs while coordinating with estimating,

Competenze

• Essential network of contacts in Scottish housing, development and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electricity, gas and water infrastructure and commercial considerations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good commercial awareness to translate client needs into viable opportunities.

Mansioni

• Identify, develop and secure new multi-utility and EV opportunities across Scotland.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with housebuilders, developers, CPOs, consultants and clients.
• Generate, manage and develop a robust pipeline of prospects, tenders and secured work.
• Deliver growth objectives through proactive business development and account management.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, commercial and operational teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Support tender submissions, client presentations, negotiations and contract awards.
• Provide pipeline forecasting, market intelligence and growth reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate handover of opportunities from BD into design, commercial and delivery.
