Job summary

TSG Powertek is seeking a commercially driven Multi-Utility Business Development Manager to drive growth across Scotland, including EV infrastructure opportunities. This hybrid role invites applicants from Paisley, Stirling, Dundee areas and surrounding regions.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with developers and CPOs, and manage a robust pipeline while coordinating with estimating, design and operations to win and deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Established network within Scottish housing, development and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of electricity, gas and water infrastructure and related commercial considerations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to interpret client needs and develop viable opportunities.
• Ability to work across estimating, design, commercial and operational functions.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new multi-utility and EV opportunities in Scotland.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with housebuilders, developers, CPOs, consultants and infrastructure clients.
• Generate, manage and grow a robust pipeline of prospects, tenders and secured work.
• Deliver growth objectives through proactive business development and account management.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, commercial and operational teams to create competitive solutions.
• Support tender submissions, client presentations, commercial negotiations and contracts.
• Provide pipeline forecasting, market intelligence and growth reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate handover of opportunities from BD to delivery teams.
• Represent TSG Powertek at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
