Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Glasgow to drive growth with major Utility and EPC customers. You will lead and motivate a team, build lasting relationships, and shape account strategies to deliver end-to-end solutions for the energy transition.

The role requires senior sales management experience, strong networking at board level, and the ability to articulate value through complex service portfolios.

Qualifications

• Proven senior sales management experience in a Hitachi Energy–like environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing strategic Utility and EPC customer relationships.
• Extensive track record of developing accounts to increase lifetime value within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify the key business drivers of the customer's business and interpret the impact and opportunity for Hitachi Energy.
• Lead the development of the sales team, and shape strategies for the priority accounts
• Develops, maintains and shares detailed knowledge of customer's business strategy, purchasing behaviour, organization, decision-makers, and economic trends.
