Job summary

Grotech Search Ltd in the United Kingdom is hiring two Account Managers for a growing MSP that is investing in its account management function as it scales. You will own an established portfolio of customers, build strong relationships, protect recurring revenue and identify opportunities to expand the services they use.

You will renew, retain and grow accounts, develop strategic plans, and work closely with technical and service delivery teams to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' Account Management experience.
• MSP, IT Services or B2B technology background.
• Good understanding of Managed IT Services.
• Exposure to UCC, Cloud, Connectivity or Cyber Security is useful.
• Experience owning renewals and growing existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of MSP customers.
• Own renewals, retention and account growth.
• Build trusted customer relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Run regular account reviews and planning sessions.
• Work with technical and service delivery teams.
• Develop opportunities across Managed IT and wider portfolio.
• Maintain accurate account plans and forecasts.
