Job summary

Ansell Lighting is seeking a Marketing Specification and Projects Stream Lead to own the end-to-end marketing delivery for the specification and projects business. The role focuses on audience insight, proposition development, content creation, and pipeline measurement to grow partnerships with architects, consultants and developers.

You will work with the Specification Director and sales teams to build demand, manage budgets, and ensure technical content is approved.

Qualifications

• Degree level education
• Experience in B2B specification/projects or account-based marketing
• Ability to translate technical capability into persuasive propositions

Responsibilities

• Own the specification marketing strategy, audience insights and budget
• Develop content including CPDs, thought leadership and case studies
• Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts and leads
• Define events, partnerships and digital content to support the project pipeline
• Establish lead capture, qualification and hand-off processes with CRM
