Unilever in Kingston, United Kingdom, seeks a Market Collaboration Planner Personal Care to drive forecast quality and translate insights into demand drivers. You will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Operations and End-to-End Planning across global hubs to optimize supply while balancing portfolio needs.

You will be a data-driven planner who navigates trade-offs, champions master data accuracy, and leads with a collaborative approach across functions, ensuring timely updates to forecasts

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of end-to-end planning including demand, material, production, and innovation planning.
• Ability to analyse data and extract insights to drive decisions and predict trends.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis, Power BI, RTVA and Excel for forecasting and planning.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Demonstrates empathy, adaptability and leadership to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for forecast accuracy, bias, and value add measures.
• Support CCBT discussions with market, product portfolio, and supply chain insights.
• Translate business insights into demand drivers for auto-forecast modelling in global locations.
• Explain drivers powering auto-forecast to colleagues in CCBT and sales functions.
• Lead transitions and innovations by co-creating a business plan and precise forecast inputs.
• Apply exception-based planning to focus on SKUs hardest to forecast.
• Operate across 4 weeks to 18 months horizons.
• Ensure forecast aligns with financial forecasting."
• Monitor and evaluate different forecast building blocks and support portfolio management and segmentation processes.
