Keelings in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Demand Planning / Commercial Support specialist to help the Commercial team drive sales and growth.

You will own forecasts, analyse market data, support new product development, and collaborate across procurement, marketing, and site teams to optimise ranges, pricing and promotions. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fresh Food demand planning.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel).
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Organised with project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly forecasts and an 18-month rolling forecast.
• Improve forecast accuracy YoY by customer and category.
• Monitor weekly sales and coordinate with NAC and procurement.
• Prepare seasonal price proposals and costings.
• Support customer visits and presentation materials.
• Assist in new product development and line forms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on range, price and promotions.
