Job summary

Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited is seeking an EMEA Demand Planner to support the end-to-end demand planning process across HPC, covering Europe, UK, Middle East and Africa. You will develop forecasts using data sources, BI, and commercial insight, and align with S&OP processes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning and Finance to ensure forecasts reflect promotions, launches and market trends, while driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a Demand Planning role.
• Experience contributing to S&OP processes.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP or similar planning systems.
• Strong forecasting and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for assigned markets and customers.
• Develop statistical and collaborative forecasts from multiple data sources.
• Facilitate demand reviews with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Monitor signals, forecast accuracy and bias; drive improvements.
