Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United Kingdom seeks a Head of Major Projects to lead the delivery of large-scale fire suppression installations across warehousing, logistics, healthcare and other critical environments. You will have full P&L responsibility for a £25m business and manage a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to deliver safely, profitably and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with customers, contractors and key stakeholders to support project

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in major projects delivery.
• Experience with P&L and commercial governance.
• Proven track record in fire suppression or similar installations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK fire regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Major Projects Fire Suppression business.
• Oversee ~20 live projects with values £500k–£20m+.
• Lead negotiations with customers, contractors and consultants.
• Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Drive profitability through forecasting and cost control.
