Johnson Controls is seeking a Head of Major Projects to lead our Fire Suppression program in the UK. You will oversee approximately 20 live installations, from £500k to £20m+, ensuring safe delivery, profitability and client satisfaction.

You will manage a team of Senior and Project Managers, drive strategic execution, and collaborate with engineering, sales and service teams to enable growth and ensure outcomes align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior project delivery or business leadership within construction/engineering.
• Significant experience delivering large-scale installation projects with commercial acumen.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Fire Suppression Major Projects delivery team across the UK and Ireland.
• Oversee 20 concurrent projects valued from £500k to £20m+.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership to 7 direct reports and 5 indirect reports.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies to maximise efficiency and performance.
• Drive profitability through forecasting, change control and cost management.
• Support major bids, tender reviews and contract negotiations.
• Maintain robust governance and risk management across all projects.
