Job summary

Algeco UK Limited is seeking a Maintenance Coordination role to plan and coordinate maintenance work with customers and Maintenance Technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

You will act as the main contact for hire contracts, address inquiries promptly, and support performance development, training records, and effective communication across departments. The role emphasizes timely issue resolution and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, safety and environmental matters and incident reporting.
• Strong customer service and inquiry management skills.
• Proven leadership and people development capabilities.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities and raising POs/administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance work with customers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage expectations throughout the hire.
• Lead performance management, training records and progression objectives.
• Raise orders, reconcile month-end processes and resolve supplier queries.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-site attendance and certifications.
