Job summary

Algeco UK Limited is seeking a Maintenance Resource Planner to coordinate maintenance work with customers and Maintenance Technicians, ensuring compliance with safety policies and company standards. You will report to the National Maintenance Manager and drive efficient service delivery.

This permanent role in the South West focuses on planning, prioritising workload, and maintaining strong customer relationships, while upholding health and safety requirements across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance or service operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Health, safety and environmental responsibilities to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Be the point of contact during hire contracts, coordinating with customers and departments to ensure service levels.
• Lead and develop the team, set objectives, track progression and conduct reviews.
• Plan and raise maintenance jobs, prioritise tasks and ensure SLAs are met.
• Admin duties: raise POs, save mandatory documents, reconcile month-end, resolve supplier issues.
