Job summary

Alpine Fire Engineers Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator to support planned maintenance and remedial work, ensuring high standards of customer service and effective use of processes and KPI targets.

You will schedule engineers, manage customer portals, liaise with other departments, handle inbound/outbound calls, and maintain documentation in AIMS, Outlook, Excel and Word, thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or coordination roles.
• Experience scheduling engineers, technicians, or field staff.
• Experience handling a high volume of calls, emails and queries.
• Experience in a fast-paced, reactive environment with competing priorities.
• Experience using CRM, scheduling, or job management systems (AIMS advantageous).
• Solid proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence across channels (email, phone, portals) using AIMS.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain high service levels.
• Efficiently schedule engineers for PPMs, remedial works, callouts and training days.
• Help meet KPIs for ppm fulfilment, reactive response and corrective actions.
• Prioritise tasks and workload daily to maintain service delivery.
• Manage customer portals (upload certificates, job cards, quotations) and adhere to H&S and QA policies.
