Qualifications

• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaising between clients and internal teams (warehousing, transportation, delivery, systems) to coordinate resources and respond to needs.
• Conducting regular business reviews with clients to jointly improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Assisting clients with resolving order exceptions and verifying logistics information.
