About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building a capacity and timeliness network covering trunk lines, branch lines, and terminals in the European region to ensure flexibility during peak seasons and major promotions.
• 1PL network expansion and timeliness capacity planning: including site location, peak season regional throughput planning, vehicle line schedule planning, peak elasticity and redundancy mechanism; clearly define routes and timeliness stratification; 211 same‑day/next‑day and other stratified route and postal code timeliness configuration, sort out and configure the postal codes of four European countries and achievable timeliness.
• Formulation and implementation of risk and abnormality plans: alternative plans and contingency plans for chain breaks, extreme weather, and peak season overloading.
• Visualization and monitoring: in‑transit, delay, and abnormality rate heat maps and early warnings.
