About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• 1、负责客户的关系维护与拓展，确保客户满意度及长期合作关系。
• 2、作为客户与公司内部团队（仓储、运输、配送、系统等）之间的对接人，协调资源确保客户需求得到及时响应和解决。
• 3、定期与客户进行业务回顾，共同改进业务流程，持续提升日常运营及异常处理效率。
• 4、协助客户操作业务系统、解决异常订单、核实物流轨迹、处理货物丢失破损等异常事件。
• 1、Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• 2、Serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams (warehousing, transportation, delivery, systems, etc.), coordinating resources to ensure timely response and resolution of client needs.
• 3、Conducting regular business reviews with clients to jointly improve operational processes and continuously enhance efficiency in daily operations and exception handling.
• 4、Helping clients with resolving order exceptions, verifying logistics tracking information, and handling abnormal incidents such as lost or damaged goods.
