Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Learning & Development Partner – Leadership and Management to shape and deliver leadership development programmes that build capability and strengthen succession pipelines across the organisation.

You will work with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and operational teams to identify development needs, design solutions, and drive measurable outcomes through blended learning, workshops, coaching and digital learning.

Qualifications

• Strong consultancy and coaching capabilities with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience designing leadership development using blended learning, workshops and coaching.
• Understanding of organisational culture and change management.
• Analytical ability to evaluate impact and present recommendations.
• Commercially aware with ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
• Experience in healthcare regulatory environments (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Delivery of an organisation-wide leadership and management development portfolio aligned to strategic, workforce and operational priorities.
• Quality, accessibility, consistency and measurable impact of leadership development interventions.
• Effective diagnosis and prioritisation of current and future leadership capability requirements.
• High-quality consultancy, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder support across leadership populations.
• Sustainable coaching, mentoring and internal facilitator capability.
• Evidence-based evaluation, senior stakeholder reporting and continuous improvement.
• Effective partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify, develop and accelerate key talent and leadership capability across the organisation.
• Compliance with relevant regulatory, quality, information governance and safeguarding requirements.
