Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Learning & Development Partner – Leadership and Management to shape and deliver leadership programmes across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and operational teams to identify development needs and create evidence-based solutions that build capability across levels, from first-line managers to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering leadership development across multiple levels.
• Strong consultancy, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of leadership theory, adult learning, blended learning, coaching and action learning.
• Experience operating in regulated or complex organisations and in healthcare if possible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an organisation-wide leadership and management development portfolio aligned to priorities.
• Ensure quality, accessibility, consistency and measurable impact of interventions.
• Diagnose capability requirements and prioritise development needs.
• Provide consultancy, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder support across leadership populations.
• Develop sustainable coaching and internal facilitator capability.
• Evaluate impact with senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to support talent management and succession planning.
