Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Learning and Quality Assurance Lead to drive training quality across the organisation. You will oversee trainer development, certification, and ongoing upskilling to ensure confident, capable delivery aligned with Elysium standards.

You will partner with Learning and Development to embed consistent delivery, fair assessments, and impact analysis, shaping improvements across services for safe, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning content.
• Experience with accredited training and developing trainers.
• Healthcare setting experience and understanding of complex care.
• Demonstrates excellence and leads by example for trainers.
• Experience coordinating training schedules and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Train-the-Trainer programme and ongoing development.
• Ensure content, delivery, assessment and quality standards are followed.
• Coach trainers through observation and feedback.
• Track trainer performance and learner outcomes.
• Support regulatory inspections with evidence of learning quality.
