Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Partner – Leadership and Management to shape and deliver leadership development programmes that build capability and succession pipelines across the organisation.

You will work with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and operational teams to diagnose needs and design evidence-based learning solutions that deliver measurable results, including workshops, coaching, mentoring and blended learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering leadership development across multiple management levels.
• Experience in complex, geographically dispersed or regulated organisations.
• Ability to diagnose capability requirements and translate into practical solutions.
• Strong facilitation across both in-person and virtual environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge requirements.
• Experience managing programmes from diagnosis to evaluation and improvement.
• Experience commissioning or managing external providers with value-for-money focus.
• Evidence of evaluating workplace impact of learning interventions.

Responsabilités

• Delivery of an organisation-wide leadership and management development portfolio aligned to strategic priorities.
• Ensure quality, accessibility, consistency and measurable impact of initiatives.
• Diagnose current and future leadership capability needs and prioritise actions.
• Provide high-quality consultancy, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder support.
• Support sustainable coaching, mentoring and internal facilitator capability.
• Evaluate impact with senior stakeholder reporting and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify and accelerate talent and leadership capability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, information governance and safeguarding requirements.
