Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Learning and Quality Assurance Lead to strengthen training quality and delivery standards across the organisation. You will steward the training capability, accrediting trainers, and driving consistency in learning outcomes through coaching and structured development.

Hybrid role with occasional site visits, focusing on fairness of assessment, data-driven improvements, and regulator-aligned quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning content.
• Experience leading Train-the-Trainer initiatives and developing trainers.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Train-the-Trainer programme, including onboarding, accreditation and refresher activity.
• Ensure trainers follow content, delivery methodology and quality standards.
• Coach and support trainers through observation and development plans.
• Quality assure learning delivery through audits and feedback.
• Report trainer performance and learning impact across sites.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Lead, SMEs and L&D Partners to align content.
