Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Learning and Quality Assurance Lead to strengthen training quality and delivery standards across the organisation. You will own the Train-the-Trainer programme, drive accreditation, and ensure consistent, high‑quality learning across multiple sites.

You will partner with L&D and regulatory teams to improve outcomes and support safe, compassionate care. You will coach trainers, monitor performance, and use data to drive improvements, with occasional travel

Qualifications

• Design, deliver and evaluate learning content across the organisation.
• Lead accreditation, onboarding and ongoing development of trainers and facilitators.
• Ensure training meets regulatory and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Train-the-Trainer programme onboarding, accreditation, re-accreditation and upskilling.
• Ensure trainers follow approved content, methodology, assessment and quality standards.
• Coach and support trainers through observation, feedback and development plans.
• Maintain visibility of trainer capability, risks and development needs.
• Quality assure learning delivery through in-person and virtual observations aligned to standards.
• Track trainer performance, delivery quality, learner outcomes and training impact.
• Provide evidence to support regulatory inspections and demonstrate learning quality.
