Job summary

CHEP seeks a Senior Director, Head of Enterprise Data Transformation in London to lead a company-wide data management transformation. You will shape the data operating model, governance, and controls, partnering with technology, ERP, and business leaders to deliver measurable improvements in data maturity and value.

You will mobilise teams across Technology Services, Digital, Data Management, and ERP programmes, ensuring clear ownership, readiness, and sustained BAU stewardship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data transformation programmes across large, global organisations.
• Strong governance structures, decision rights and capacity to drive policy adoption.
• Proven ability to manage senior executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the enterprise data transformation roadmap aligned to corporate strategy.
• Lead the Data Management Programme across multiple functions and regions.
• Embed data ownership, governance and operating models into BAU processes.
• Drive benefits realization, maturity improvements and risk reduction.
• Lead change management, communication and data literacy initiatives.
