Job summary

CHEP is seeking a data management leader to design and drive global master data management and governance practices across a large, multinational organisation. You will bridge business processes with ERP transformation initiatives, establishing clear ownership and governance frameworks to improve data quality and consistency.

You will shape data foundations for a major ERP programme, influence senior stakeholders globally, and lead harmonisation efforts across regions while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Experience leading Master Data Management or Data Governance initiatives in large organisations.
• Ability to translate business processes into master data requirements, governance models and ownership frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-group collaboration, with influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implement global master data management practices across the organisation.
• Bridge business process teams, data governance and ERP transformation programmes.
• Establish ownership, governance and accountability for enterprise master data.
• Shape data foundations for a major ERP transformation programme.
• Influence senior stakeholders globally to align on standards and controls.
• Drive data quality, consistency and governance maturity across functions.
• Translate global process vision into end-to-end process and data designs.
• Lead process harmonisation across regions, functions and business units.
• Own process requirements and designs supporting SAP ERP implementation.
• Ensure effective integration across adjacent process towers and capabilities.
• Define master data requirements aligned with enterprise data standards.
