CHEP is seeking an experienced data management leader to drive global master data management and governance across a major ERP transformation. You will own data standards, ownership models and governance frameworks, partnering with process teams, data teams and SAP/Oracle experts worldwide.

In a hybrid remote role based in Manchester, you will influence senior stakeholders, shape data foundations for the ERP journey, and oversee MDM design, data quality, and change readiness to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within large, complex organisations.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into master data requirements, governance models and ownership frameworks.
• Experience supporting or delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and implementation of global master data management practices across the organisation.
• Act as the bridge between business process teams, data governance functions and ERP transformation programmes.
• Establish clear ownership, governance and accountability frameworks for enterprise master data.
• Shape the data foundations required for a major ERP transformation programme.
• Influence senior stakeholders globally to align on common standards and controls.
• Drive improvements in data quality and governance maturity across functions.
• Translate global process vision into detailed end-to-end process and data designs.
• Lead process testing activities and user acceptance sign-off.
