Job summary

CHEP seeks an experienced Master Data Management and Data Governance leader to drive global data foundations during a major ERP transformation. You will own master data standards, governance frameworks and data ownership models, partnering with process, data governance and ERP teams across regions.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading Master Data Management (MDM), Enterprise Data Management or Data Governance initiatives within large, complex organisations.
Proven experience translating business processes into master data requirements, governance models and ownership frameworks.
Experience supporting or delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of global master data management practices across the organisation.
Act as the bridge between business process teams, data governance functions and ERP transformation programmes.
Define master data requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and MDM frameworks.
Lead process testing activities, defect management and user acceptance sign-off.
