Job summary

CHEP is seeking a senior leader to head the Enterprise Data Transformation, driving data management capabilities across technology, business, legal and regional teams. You will shape governance, standards and an operating model that elevates data as a strategic asset.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, partner with architecture and ERP programmes, and champion data literacy, change management and measurable value delivery across a global, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data management programmes in large, global organisations.
• Strong background in data governance, master data management and metadata.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Management Programme across TS, Digital, Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance and ERP/Simplify.
• Define and govern the future data operating model, RACI and BAU transition.
• Drive benefits realisation, maturity improvements and executive reporting.
