CHEP UK Limited is seeking a senior leader to drive global master data management and data governance within a major ERP transformation program. You will shape data foundations, own governance frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.

In a hybrid role, you will influence senior stakeholders, ensure data quality and alignment with enterprise standards while supporting change management and training for a successful go‑live and ongoing improvements.

Formación

• Significant experience leading Master Data Management (MDM), Enterprise Data Management or Data Governance initiatives within large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience translating business processes into master data requirements, governance models and ownership frameworks.
• Experience supporting or delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong background working across multiple stakeholder groups, influencing without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of global master data management practices across the organisation.
• Act as the bridge between business process teams, data governance functions and ERP transformation programmes.
• Establish clear ownership, governance and accountability frameworks for enterprise master data.
• Shape the data foundations required for a major ERP transformation programme.
• Influence senior stakeholders globally to align on common standards, controls and ways of working.
• Drive improvements in data quality, consistency and governance maturity across multiple business functions.
• Translate the global process vision into detailed end-to-end process and data designs.
• Lead process testing activities, defect management and user acceptance sign‑off.
• Support business readiness, change management and training activities.
