CHEP UK Limited is seeking a visionary leader to drive an enterprise data transformation, strengthening data as a strategic asset across the business. You will oversee governance, ownership, and readiness, coordinating across functions to deliver sustainable BAU ownership and measurable value.

You will mobilise cross-functional teams, manage executive reporting, and partner with HR and leadership to embed the operating model and change across regional programmes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Management or related discipline.
• Master's degree or equivalent and certifications (DAMA, DCAM, CDMP) desirable.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programmes in large global organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the enterprise Data Management Programme across TS, Digital, Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, ERP/Simplify, GPO/GPL and business teams.
• Chair or lead programme governance and escalation forums, ensuring transparent visibility of progress, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Embed data ownership and governance into process harmonisation and future ERP decision-making.
• Define programme requirements for future data operating model, including RACI and BAU ownership.
• Lead organisational change, communications and adoption activities for data management practices.
• Define and track transformation outcomes, maturity improvements and business value measures.
