Job summary

Sungrow, a global renewable energy leader, seeks a Regional Strategic Key Account Service Manager to lead relationships with key utility and renewable energy clients in the UK, ensuring exceptional service delivery and supporting strategic growth. The role requires managing IPPs, EPCs and developers, aligning sales, technical and operations teams, and driving project sales while delivering on warranties and after-sales commitments.

Travel across the UK and Ireland is required in a hybrid role.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy (PV, BESS, or similar).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
Familiarity with service contracts, warranties, and after-sales processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and occasionally to headquarters.

Responsibilities

Establish deep, enduring relationships with IPPs, EPCs, and developers.
Enable and advance PV and energy storage project sales.
Deliver seamless, reliable service; resolve issues quickly and consistently.
Help secure warranties, service agreements and after-sales commitments.
Turn industry intelligence into actionable opportunities; stay ahead of developments.
