Job summary

Sungrow UK is seeking a relationship-driven service professional to support strategic customers across the renewable energy landscape. The role involves building trusted partnerships with IPPs, EPCs, and project developers, driving growth through PV and energy storage projects, and coordinating service delivery across internal teams and customer stakeholders.

You will proactively manage expectations, participate in negotiations for warranties and service agreements, and monitor market

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience from the renewable energy sector, ideally PV, BESS, or a comparable technical environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.

• You are comfortable coordinating projects, managing multiple priorities, and bringing people together.
• You are willing to travel frequently across the UK and as needed for customer engagement.
• You have English language skills at C1 level.
