BMS Performance Ltd. in Worcestershire is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to own a portfolio of 25 key OEM customers across agricultural, construction and quarrying machinery.

You will travel to client sites, build strong commercial and technical relationships and align forecasts with manufacturing teams. You will negotiate terms, provide technical support and drive added value solutions while working from the Worcestershire office 3-4 days a week with occasional overnight stays across

Formación

• Experience managing key accounts in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to provide value-add solutions.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 25 key OEM accounts and nurture relationships.
• Visit customer sites 3–4 days per week and on-site at Worcestershire office.
• Negotiate commercial terms and forecast with manufacturing teams.
• Provide technical support and liaison with production schedules.
• Identify and pursue added-value solutions for customers.
