Job summary

Proclinical is seeking an IT Performance Analytics Lead for a hybrid contract role based in Hook, United Kingdom. You will oversee IT performance data and analytics across Global IT and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights for operations management.

You will govern the Global Service Management data product, drive data quality and compliance, and supervise contracted engineers while aligning with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education.
• Proven expertise in IT performance, service management, and data analytics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, data governance, KPI design, and compliance reporting.
• Experience in a global regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a roadmap and governance for IT performance data and analytics.
• Manage the Global Service Management data product with data quality, access, compliance, and outcomes.
• Lead contracted data/reporting engineers, overseeing workload and delivery quality.
• Establish a transparent analytics intake, prioritization, and delivery process with SLAs.
• Collaborate with SIAM/ITSM to define KPIs and data-quality controls.
• Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
