PE Global is seeking an IT Performance Analytics Lead for a 12-month contract based in Hook, UK. The role requires attendance in the office 2 days per week and offers an hourly pay rate of £24.26–£32.31; PAYE for a 37.5 hour week.

You will own IT performance data and analytics across Global IT, manage stakeholder demand, oversee contracted engineers, and partner with ServiceNow, SIAM and ITSM teams to deliver actionable insights for Operations management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT performance, service management, data and analytics or tech operations, including supplier leadership.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, data governance, demand management and KPI design.
• Experience with ITSM data and governance frameworks.

Mansioni

• Set the roadmap and governance for IT performance data and analytics, aligned with stakeholder demand.
• Own the Global Service Management data product with data quality, access, compliance, and cost considerations.
• Direct contracted data/reporting engineers; manage workloads and supplier accountability.
• Establish intake, prioritisation and delivery process for analytics requests with clear SLAs.
• Partner with SIAM & ITSM teams to define KPIs, data definitions and data-quality controls.
