Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting for an IT Performance Analytics Lead to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the Hook, Hampshire office.

You will plan and manage how IT performance data and reports are used across the business, lead contract engineers, and set up clear reporting processes, partnering with IT service teams and senior stakeholders to define what to measure and improve.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related subject or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT performance, service management, data or IT operations, including suppliers.
• Stakeholder-friendly, able to plan workloads and brief senior stakeholders.
• Strong data quality, measures, and reporting skills; knowledge of IT service data.
• Desirable: Power BI, Databricks, ITIL, experience in a large regulated global company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage how IT performance data and reports are used across the business.
• Look after Global Service Management data, ensuring accuracy, safety and value.
• Lead contract engineers who build data and reports, and review their work.
• Set up a clear process for requesting reports with fair priorities and updates.
• Collaborate with IT service teams to decide what to measure and drive improvements.
