Cornucopia IT Resourcing Limited is seeking a Performance Insights & Reporting Manager for a hybrid role in Chertsey. The position sits in a Centre of Excellence supporting European markets and focuses on performance reporting, insights, governance, and continuous improvement across digital delivery teams.

You will own reporting across workstreams, define metrics, validate AI-generated reports for execs, perform root-cause analysis, and craft decision-ready insights with Europe-wide stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 5 years in project / programme management and at least 3 years in analytics, performance reporting or business intelligence.
• Insight Generation Capability – Ability to move beyond raw data analysis and generate actionable operational insights.
• Data Storytelling & Insight Communication – Ability to translate findings into clear, structured insights for leadership.
• Advanced Presentation Skills – Strong PowerPoint capability to present insights to leadership.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve operational performance reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Define reporting requirements, metric definitions, and calculation logic.
• Validate AI-generated reports and insights before executive distribution.
• Analyse operational performance data, identify trends, and provide root-cause analysis.
• Lead reporting enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Create clear, decision-ready insights and presentations for senior leadership.
• Partner with operational, governance, analytics, and market stakeholders across Europe.
