Job summary

Aggreko plc is seeking an IT Service Performance Analyst in Glasgow to help strengthen global IT operations through process evaluation, productivity improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead ITIL processes for Asset and Configuration Management, collaborate with IT Security, and use SLAs to drive operational gains while supporting Change, Incident, Problem, and Major Incident processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT service delivery/support role focused on IT asset and service configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Experience with Service Level Management and metrics.
• Ability to work with IT Security and audit requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build internal stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to prioritise under pressure and deliver accurate tasks.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern ITIL processes, particularly in IT Asset and Configuration Management, overseeing policies, procedures, and asset lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and managing appropriate tools and techniques for service configuration.
• Collaborate with IT Security to ensure all processes and tools meet best practice, security, compliance, and audit standards.
• Utilize Service Level Management (SLM) and data analysis to identify operational improvements and present key metrics to stakeholders.
• Provide essential support for core IT Service Management functions, including Change, Problem, Incident, and Major Incident Management.
• Support relevant BAU projects within the Service Delivery function.
