Job summary

Coach Europe is seeking a Senior Planner, Inventory Management to deliver disciplined inventory plans, accurate forecasting, and timely plan maintenance. You will influence decisions by maintaining systems, forecasting performance, and coordinating with Buying on receipts and stock targets.

The role supports hybrid working arrangements and requires experience in inventory management within a retail environment. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Inventory Management at Merchandiser/Planner level or similar.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain inventory and OTB plans to support visibility to inventory and sales strategy.
• Lead core assortment receipt planning aligned to sales trends and inventory targets.
• Maintain Oracle planning systems with alignment to targets and monthly deliverables.
• Deliver seasonal and in-season sales reforecasting, updating receipts and stock metrics.
• Ensure planning outputs are accurate and published per governance calendars.
• Prepare and maintain monthly inventory risk & opportunity inputs.
• Support monthly inventory actions, including order chasing and excess plans.
• Monitor inventory performance, ageing and stock turn, highlighting variances and risks.
• Execute Local Fulfillment Center PO splits, driving ST% and optimising inventory.
• Serve as a systems super user ensuring data integrity.
