Job summary

New Balance in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced EMEA Inventory Planner to manage Finished Goods stock, translating forecasts into purchase orders and ensuring on-time fulfillment across channels. You will collaborate with Sales, Merchandising and Finance to optimise inventory turns and support new product launches, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through hybrid working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory planning, sales process, and demand planning.
• Knowledge of product life cycle management and lifecycle stages.
• Strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills with problem-solving and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Finished Goods stock for footwear, apparel, accessories and equipment.
• Translate forecast/demand into Purchase Requisitions and manage MTS/MTO items.
• Review and approve Direct & Cross-dock requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead demand prioritisation, participate in S&OP meetings, and support lifecycle transitions (BOL/MOL/EOL).
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising & Finance to optimize inventory and fulfill orders.
