Job summary

Coach Europe is seeking a Senior Planner, Inventory Management to own inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment. You will work closely with Buying and Sales to optimise receipts, stock turns and sell-through across the European region.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in Oracle/SAP/MicroStrategy and a proven track record in retail planning. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Inventory Management at Merchandiser/Planner level or similar.
• Commercially focused, numerate and analytical with knowledge of demand planning processes.
• Advanced retail maths and Excel skills with reporting proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or MicroStrategy would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain inventory and OTB plans at sublevel to support visibility to inventory and sales strategy.
• Lead core assortment receipt planning in collaboration with Buying, aligning receipts to sales trends and targets.
• Maintain Oracle planning systems and align to monthly deliverables.
• Deliver seasonal and in-season sales reforecasting, updating receipts, inventory, GM% and stock turn.
• Prepare monthly inventory risk & opportunity inputs aligned to deliverables.
• Support monthly inventory actions including order chasing and global excess plans.
• Monitor inventory performance, ageing and stock turn, and report variances and risks.
