Job summary

New Balance seeks an EMEA Inventory Planner to manage Finished Goods stock, translate demand into orders, and optimize inventory across footwear, apparel and accessories. You will collaborate with Sales, Merchandising and Finance to improve fulfillment and launches, with a focus on cross-functional excellence and a healthy work-life balance.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in inventory planning, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

Strong numeric competence and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
Proven problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage Finished Goods inventory for the EMEA region.
Translate forecasts into purchase requisitions and manage MTS/MTO items.
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising and Finance to optimize inventory and launches.
Drive on-time delivery and end-to-end inventory flow through cross-functional coordination.
Lead life-cycle management from BOL to EOL across product lines.
