Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to lead forecasting and inventory for ISG portfolios across Europe and META. You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand with supply and business goals.

As a senior professional, you will drive forecasting excellence, optimize inventory, manage risks, and provide leadership within the planning team while supporting continuous improvement in planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large data sets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning activities for assigned ISG product portfolios across Europe and META.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by incorporating business insights, market trends, sales data, and supply chain information.
• Drive inventory and supply planning strategies balancing customer requirements and revenue objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning reviews with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Identify demand, supply and inventory risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead planning governance processes, business reviews and performance tracking.
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Mentor and support planning team members.
