Job summary

Coach Europe is seeking a Senior Planner, Inventory Management to drive inventory plans, forecast accuracy, and timely maintenance. You will manage OTB, lead receipt planning with Buying, and keep Oracle-based systems aligned with monthly targets to maximise sell-through.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in inventory management, and proficient Excel. Hybrid arrangements and extensive benefits are offered to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Inventory Management at Merchandiser/Planner level or similar.
• Numerate and analytical with strong finance awareness.
• Advanced retail math and Excel skills; reports and tools building.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or MicroStrategy is beneficial.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain inventory and OTB plans to support visibility to inventory and sales strategy.
• Lead core assortment receipt planning aligned to sales trends and targets.
• Maintain planning systems and ensure alignment with monthly deliverables.
• Deliver seasonal and in-season reforecasting, updating receipts and stock metrics.
• Monitor performance and highlight variances with clear reporting.
