Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, analytics, engineering) is required.
• Experience in data-driven business operations processes.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, index/match and VBA.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent in-stock rates for owned category and/or region.
• Execute inventory strategies to optimize sales, turns, and inventory health.
• Monitor, analyze and own KPIs such as in-stock rate, procurement lead time, fill rate, forecast accuracy and turns.
• Forecast and manage inbound and outbound inventory flows and health, including forecasting, purchasing, and phasing out unproductive inventory.
• Drive root cause analysis and action plans; project manage improvements with multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive tooling and process improvements that automate tasks.
