Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a seasoned S&OP Manager to own the UK-wide plan for Customer Demand, Inbound, Returns and related flows, leading a team of 6 planners, analysts and managers.

You will craft 1–16 week FC-specific plans balancing customer experience, cost, speed and carbon intensity across the network. The role sits at the heart of Amazon's UK supply chain, partnering with FC Operations, Labor Planning, Transportation, Finance and more, shaping quarterly strategy and driving

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or operations planning in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging data tools and technology to drive planning decisions at scale.
• Track record of working cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, and Transportation (or equivalent functions).
